Does anyone else think it is offensive to call new people newbies

Why not just change the title to > New Member< Like I did at my place and be done with it?

That would work, but for the small percentage of the people that are insecure about it, it's not worth it. If you can't have a little fun and laugh at the title....

I honestly have not seen a single person have a problem with that title except the dude who made this thread. I mean come on, I was a noob for like 2 hours. It is so easy to get rid of the title if you don't like it.
