It is so bad I can't even play it actually. It laggs soo much!

Technically 40 FPS is considered playable, but most people don't really have a problem with 30.

The human eye can't detect over 24-26 fps. Obviously if you drop below that you will notice it.

Get your 8800 back from your friend! Then play Bioshock.
