I'd like to get some fans for my case, I don't want to do water cooling because I don't have that kind of money right now, but I just want to protect my investment. I'd like to get a PCI slot fan and another fan for the back of my case. Which ones do you guys recommend for reliability, life, and cooling?

I know all fans do the same thing but theres got to be some that are more powerful than others. This is what I'm looking for. I'm willing to go the distance but not as far as water cooling. What about PCI slot blowers?
Edit-also how do I get a 120mm fan in an 80mm spot?

To get the 120mm fan in the 80mm spot can can mod the hole to make it bigger, and thats pretty much it. Why don't you just get a 80mm fan?

Yeah, those are the Vantec Tornado fans. They're super loud, but they move a ton of air.
Anyway, you can get adapters to use larger fans in smaller spaces. Something like this:
