Keep getting this pop up. reminder

I am running windows xp. i think one of my kids set up somekinda reminder. every 30 minutes i pop up appears . it always says

this program cannot display the page. where the hell would they have set up a remionder from for every 30 minutes. this thing is annoying. please help

The only time you get *pop-ups* is when you have spyware or other malicious code on your system.
