usb adapter question

I bought today a Linksys wireless g adapter (WUSB54GSC). I get an an internet connection but it's very low. I was wondering if the Buffalo technology (WLI-U2-G300N) would do a better connection for me. They are almost the same price at circuit city. I was thinking about exchanging them. I really some of you can help before tommorrow. Thanks

ok dude the drivers that come with that adapter are S-H-I-T

i had that thing before. you have to install them manually from device manager and not through the install wizard.

Would I be better off and exchanging it for the buffalo? i am very computer illiterate.
