DVD Rebuilder help?

So I want to back up all of my DVD's (Minus concerts) and I thought I would use DVD Rebuilder (I heard it rips with the highest quality)

I pop in "Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure" select what I want, then this pops up when I click "backup"

What?

How do i get it to work? Everything used to work with DVDShrink, but I wanted higher quality.

Whats wrong with DVD shrink, or DVD FAB or NERO 7 ?
ive never used that program before.
