Well I bought this HP Colorado with a 5GB Tape, and it connects to the FDD connector. Problem is: No PCs I own has an option for tape drives. The only one with a potential is my CompaQ K6-2 500. Now, how can I plug in my tape drive into the computers of today? I'd really like to use the tape for backup, as it can do better than diskettes or CDs.

No, I do have FDD connectors on all board. The problem is that the BIOS doe not show an option for a tape drive. I was wondering how could I have it enabled without BIOS.

The one you shown me is anoter model. The one I have is a 5GB Compressed drive. I should of said that. The native is 2.5GB.
