i also think the gallery should be a subforum in here but i dont think that will happen, its more socaizing than it is about acutaly hardware\software

they should stay,
if we posted random chat and joke threads all the time it would be too messy. theres other stickies that could go like the forum rules. surely that can be added to the nav bar on each page
