How do you copy a picture from a web page and put into another web page?

can you see the picture of the beach, I cant as my browsers blocking it, I only need someone to tell me yes or no, if yes ive cracked it.

I went into advanced last time, selected the image insert tool, when the box opened up with the http// I pasted the link then selected it all I got was the link so what exactly are you saying that I'm not doing?
I'm not being funny I just don't understand what your trying to tell me or where exactly or what exactly I'm doing wrong?

Ok, in the advanced, there is many choices. Click the icon with the mountain and the sun. It will pop up a prompt, you past your URL in there, and press Ok. If you do not want to sue the button, you can just type
