Purlator lost my computer...

My new Core Quad computer I ordered, yeah purlator lost it. According to tracking it hasnt moved since 11 AM of Tuesday from the shipping depot (Which means it was dropped off, never put on a truck).

I would want my money back because you put trust in them when they handle your package, they shouldn't just be able to lose it.
