You said the CPU gets up to 71C?

The item you circled in the second picture is a connection for SLi. Since you are not using SLi it does not matter.
 
and that WAT IS THAT FOR its for the SLI bridge to connect 2 of thesame vid cards

and also just wondering but i did this before(actually the company did this before) the CPU fan wat not plugged in and i got temps of about 40 idle (Pentium 4)
Pluged in and 35 idle
But just wondering

Sometimes the biggest problems have the simplest solutions.
 
Yea if someone could suggest any heatsink&fan ideas(like on newegg.com), that would be great, I have socket 940/AM2. I'd really appreciate it.

I ran the torture test off of Prime95 for 15 Hours, 15 Minutes and got 0 errors and 0 warnings.

Go here and click the top download link for a bootable ISO (you might need to use the second link from the top which is a .zip). Use a program like nero to burn the image (the ISO file) to a CD and boot off of it. That way, it will test all of your RAM, not just the unused RAM like what your current set up is doing.
