Is there anyway I can hook up a monitor, keyboard and mouse to a computer for the second user to use? I have a tower and I would like to let 2 people use it at the same time.

Well, it is possible, but if they both use it at the same time then the keystrokes and mice movement will interfere. you can hook up two seprate keyboards, mice, and monitors though.
