OMG Microsoft support is taking forever!!

Well the thing is, if it is just a modem, then how could the ports not be forwarded?

I hate M$ Customer Support....I don't like when you have to speak your option choices, the last time I called them I had to navigate through their labyrinth of menues (which isn't easy if you have a deep voice like me lol) so I always get locked in their "Voicejail"

you can still push buttons if you know which ones to push.

Its not satellite internet. Its like wireless. Goes to the cell towers. Ping is not like satellite either.

Well, I opened the ports up in firewall, no luck. I am going to try disabling firewall now, and see what happens.

That didnt work, so its in the usb modem.
