If needed, I'll host it at home temporarily as well. Something like 75 kB/s max upload speed.

The specs would be an Athlon X2 3800+, 2 GB RAM...so more than fast enough.

It's Professional Web Hosting. I can download files with my 8MB connection, at like 830KB/s... And i have never downloaded faster than that. Im not totally sure what the actually upstream is...

Your 8 megabit or 8 megabyte connection?? 8 megabit is only 1 megabyte...it's probably 8 megabits. If so, then the hosting is probably being throttled by your download speed.

Steel FTW. I dropped mine on concrete and no dents. An aluminum one would have changed its shape.
