My car audio system so far...

i doubt the woofer can actually push 1000 watts it probably realistically reaches maybe half that if that.

if its rated at 1000 wats than its going to get something near that not half. you cant make a 500 watt sub and say its 1000. it just dosent work that way ;) probably 800-900ish but not in a car

I did the speakers myself with a friend, and I gave him $50 for helping me, and I didnt wannt do it again with the sub wires, so I paied $65 to have the subs and amp installed.
