if i tryed 2 OC my CPU and example it all went wrong would i have 2 get a new CPU????

Just asking i thinking of OC

It depends on where or how you went wrong. In most cases if your system locks up, reset CMOS by shorting the jumpers or removing the battery.

If they suffer heat issues, you could be screwed. That's why you have to monitor the heat on those CPUs when you OC.

Thermal specs call for 67.7 degrees Celsius for your model so it looks like you're ok. Don't get it any hotter than that. There are different model Celeron D's but temp vary ever so slightly. Socket 478 supported Celeron D has thermal specs at 67 degrees.

The temp specs are the maximum Thermal Design Power (TDP) value for that processor.
