well i did some research(a little late i know)
from here i found out newegg takes OEM hardware and rebrands them to make the stuff.

most of rosewill's stuff has great reviews on newegg

on that forum one guy said something about getting a rebranded antec PSU maybe ill get a good brand this time. maybe newegg is rating the PSU's too high though, but surely not more than 250 watts and 13amps on the 12v rail off(would be below 8800 min specs).
once i get more money im going to get a name brand psu though if another dies out on me even if its still under warrenty
