Windows Mobile 6 beta phone

Anyone know where to find the Windows Mobile 6 Beta download for PC phones? The closest I can find is -

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/devicecenter.mspx

but thats just for your desktop computer to communicate with the phone.

I cant find anything for the phone itself for Windows Mobile 6 beta. I thought microsoft released this stuff to the public a few months ago.
