IE and FF just keeps loading webpages over and over

Ok, so my parents are having a problem where IE and FF will not load webpages. They keep showing they are loading, but nothing ever loads.

The internet is connected because their MSN messenger works.

I tried to re-install FF but no cigar..

Anyone knows what can be the problem?

what do you mean "ping response"

By ping responce, I mean see if the four attempts are a success and you get results back from your ping attempt.

The ping responce is the four lines that begin with "Reply from..." These are the four requests you sent to the address (in this case www.google.com) and the responces show the responce time, TTL (Time to Live) tick, and the file size of the packet.
