Hi i am with sky and i have wireless network key and it does not wor

what do you mean it doesnt work? .. there should be a sticker on the back of the netgear sky router with the wpa key on it. if thats what you mean?

If it's Sky's problem, maybe you should contact them about your wireless network key not functioning properly.

try connecting with ethernet and make sure all the settings are good
