Help on Floppy drive instalation.

I just got a 3.5" floppy disk drive to put in my gateway PC. I don't know how to install since I can't reach into my computer where I need to and it didn't come with the necessary belt to hook it up. How do you install it?

I will be using it a lot very soon and I can't install it and I don't feel like spending $30 to install something that cost $20 capish ?

Its like buying Halo Combat Evolved. I had to spend around 200 hundred on RAM to play the damn thing. It wasn't even that great LOL. Gave me a headache. To much flashing lights.
