Insomnia?

I also find not doing anything like watching tv or playing video games then getting straight into bed and expecting to get to sleep as i have found playing games or watching tv keeps your mind alert and switched on then it is harder to get asleep
 
if u just like close or eyes and tell ur self go to sleep and fake sleeep as u may say, and then u hopefully can fall asleep...im up till atleast 3 every night and up at 12, but in the morning its hard for me to crash, unless i force myself and DEF. turn off the tv
