I'll be honest, I'm not a big fan of micro ATX boards at all since it limits expansion capabilities. I'm not sure why you wouldn't just purchase an ATX system, but if I had to get a micro ATX board I'd get this one:

A few years ago when i built my first PC i assumed i'd use all the expansion and went straight for an ATX. It turned out that i didn't and along with this, since then, i've built quite a few Shuttle barebones (which are micro ATX or similar custom sizes) and have been really impressed with their performance.
Considering this PC will only be for simple office use and non-power hungry media such as watching DVD's, i don't see the point of making i twice the size it needs to be. In fact, i'm really suprised at how few people go for small computers and how almost no manufactorers seem to embrace the idea of shoe-box sized systems. Do you really think it's a bad idea going for a small PC?
That Asus board looks good, but it has GeForce 6100 graphics, unlike this one which has 6150:

I'm a fan of Asus, having used some good problem-free boards from them. On the other hand, i'm not to sure about Abit. This PC i'm on now has had two boards from them which both have had serious problems.
