cpu fan runs not stop good or bad?

Use Speedfan to lower RPM, check if that might help ya out

Run a spyware scan. Delete all temp files, log, and bak files. That's probably why your fan is constantly running hard. It's because your media player is running at 100% process doing something you're not aware of.

well im scanning now with nortan witch in the end is gonna be no help because my parents didnt renew the subscribion and the same gos with mcaffe wich i have shut off cuz it seems like mcaffe and nortan dont play well together

theres your problem lol norton and mcaffee are basicly viruses,

escept they dont spread but they do take unnecesary resources, slow your computer down stop some programs from working lol.

download speedfan and have a play with that but dnt lower the RPM unless your temps are low enough

Low enough meaning keep it below 60* at most. I like to stay under 50* just so I have some headroom though. I would use Avast antivirus and Ad-Aware, both good free programs.
