can someone have a quick over view of this and tell me in their opinion which is the better of the 2 thanks

i like intel better but all around the first blows the second one out of the water, how much do they each cost?

Are you kidding me, the second one owns the first one!

What are you going to be using it for? If you're going to do any gaming, you'll want to upgrade the graphics card.

cpu's are pretty equal. The second one seems to have a better vid card, but still the vid card needs upgrading if you want to play games with decent settings and fps.

well they are pretty similar.
One of the biggest differences is probably the OS, the 1st one has xp media center and the 2nd one has vista home premium.

I'd probably go with the #1, but as I said, looking at the hardware they are pretty similar.
