I'm using the exact same server at work, and we don't need to use IBM USB keyboards, I got others to work on it.

You got the kvm adapter for it right?

These IBM servers have the ability to be chained together by a cable, that allows one keyboard, mouse and monitor to control 16 servers or something. Theirs cables that plug in the port for this to allow you to connect normal keyboards, monitors and mice.

Thank you for your help; it's a C2T Breakout Cable; but they're about $60-120. :-(
