Need help installing new motherboard

I'm trying to install my new motherboard for my computer. I need help with the questions below.

There are these things on the I/O shield circled in red. They are in the way I think. Do I take them off?


Do I take the thing in the red box off?


Once again, would I take the thing boxed in red off?

umm i have bulilt a few computers now and fitted a few motherboards now.

but i have no idea what that is your on about lol ?

Umm, just bent it a bi more upwards. The ports will go underneath it.

When I tried inserting the motherboard, it hit those things circled in my first picture before I saw any screw holes in the case. I'm assuming that I have to bent them out of the way or snap them off correct?

I got the motherboard to fit.
