i got a head set plugged into my sound card and
this has been pissing me off for a while
i want to set it so music comes out my speakers
and so css or skype comes out of my headset headphones
how can i do this?

i think that might be physically ON the sound card not software but im not sure.

wats a good program
i could use to configer my sound
in windows sees all the speakers including my headset
but i need a program that will let me select wat comes out of witch speaker
like music and i/m out of my speakers
and only css and skype out of my head set

Doesn't work that way. When you plug in the headset by design it cuts off the speakers.

I think your pretty much screwed. You could try messing with settings in the drivers or in the sound properties in the control panel.
