nvm got it. its skype, but it only lets u make 5 min. calls.
I remember u could call forever for free.

AIM, Yahoo! Messenger and Windows Live Messenger all have integrated VoIP.

There are also Skype, SightSpeed, PhoneGaim and MindSpring. They should all be freeware.

are we talking about talking to people who are on their computer or making a call to their mobile phone?

If it's just computer to computer you could use either teamspeak or ventrilo.

Yeah like say if I wanted to call my friends cell phone.

Skype does it but only for 5 minutes then you have to pay..

unless someone has a skype account that they don't use anymore and have credits on there then I can't use it because I don't have a credit card.
I was just looking for something for FREE.
