Outlook Express 6 Error !!!!

Hi everyone,

I am trying to set up Outlook for somebody and they are telling me that they are getting the error message below:

Can anybody help ? really need a reply people so be nice thanks very very much

"the connection to the server has failed account'mail@cabin33studio.co.uk' server ' mail.cabin33studio.co.uk protocolpop3 port995 secure ssl yes socket error10060 error number 0x800ccc0E"
