Overclocking Intel E4300 HELP!!!

The best thing to do is to take it up in small steps until you lose stability, then drop it back a bit.
 
Don't expect a huge OC with the stock heatsink/fan. That doesn't matter, monitor temperatures under load. Use Prime95 to test stability, make sure you run 2 instances:

Oh yeah, and Celsius temperatures are normally used.

Just raise the FSB until you hit a wall. Then you'll have to start increasing the voltages as ownage said. Carefully monitor temperatures when doing this though.
