Media Program

I need the following.

A media playback program that does the following.
1) Allow me to change the output device...
2) WILL NOT move to the main "in focus" program when a media file is opened.
(Wont restore if minimized or be in focus [winamp does this] )
3) WILL NOT query the media in a playlist.

Now I need a way to keep Media Player Classic From stealing Focus from CMD...
Its my only throttle back... Here

ANYTHING will help...

Tweak UI Isnt working, it keeps taking it when the CMD windows starts wave file. CMD MUST be in focus at ALL times...
