Where to get a non-hacked XP Home SP1 disc image?

Not in all cases. We use OEM CDs at work, and it works on literally any CD key. Dells, HPs, SP1, SP2 it doesn't matter.

I have a copy of xp home upgrade, and xp home upgrade with sp2....yes they both accept the others key. as long as the copy is of the same type...retail, oem, corp, or upgrade they will work. you can not use a retail copy on a upgrade copy or any other copy unless it is the same exact type.

Thats wrong. The keys are specific to OEM, retail, different service packs etc. An SP1 key wont work on an SP2 disc. The only time this would work was if it was a slipstreamed SP1 version with SP2 added to it.

Yes The only reason my copy of XP is legit is because its in the schools licence for me to have it! That being said, you can pick a copy of XP up now for around the £30 mark anyway.

well a copy of the disk its self isnt illegal as that is just the program
its the keygen that is illegal

Copies of the disk arent illegal. provided you are using an original key. Its the key that you actually pay for when you buy the OS
