Every time I try to boot Windows Vista Ultimate It says "NTLDR is Missing", I Dont know What NTLDR is but What can i do??????

Boot off of the vista CD. One of the repair options will scan your hard drive and repair what's needed to boot properly. Give that a shot and come back to us.

{edit} sorry I can't be more specific than that. Haven't done that in vista enough to know the screen and what you need to click.

you can also go into the recovery console and copy and paste the file from the cd into the system 32 directory. harder but quicker if you do it right. but if the repair dosent work or vista dosent do it anymore or anything like that than try it.

First thing to check is that there arent any floppy disks or pen drives connected, as they can cause that error:)
EDIT
I've just seen your other post about fedora. Has this started since you uninstalled that?
