FPS Hungry

Soo specs are in my sig for my laptop.. xcept for im runnin vista ultimate 32 bit. I need to know of ANY way i can boost my FPS in WoW by 10... currently im getting 15 to 20 which is bareable but the way i like it... what do you guys think i can do for more fps in my laptop..

maybe a nice video card would be good :O if u wanna dish out the cash if u want higher fps in games vista aint the way to go
