I,m guessing you have a maxtor, those are popular in alot of desktops.

Just check in device manager, it will be listed under storage devices.

Hey guys yea hes my cousin. I didn't really get to look a closeup of his specs but it's a P4 most likely skt. 775 since the computer is only a year old and it uses DDR2 memory.

and yea it is a desktop. What he wants to do is just upgrade the video card, memory and hdd (only if it is ide). But I didn't even get a chance to open it up and see if it has a PCI-Express Card.

Also the case is very slim so I have to see if a card can fit in it.
