My old system is crapping out on me so it's time to upgrade. I need a AMD motherboard that is AM2 with ddr2. I was looking at this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128321

As for the case I'm open I love good looks but need something that has plenty of ventalation or good fans. Lights on it I don't care would perfer but can do without. While I'm at it guess I should upgrade my PSU so those recommendations would be great also.

Thanks in advance.

CPU Type DualCore AMD Athlon 64 X2, 2200 MHz (11 x 200) 4400+ (Going to try and overclock)
System Memory : Getting 4 gigs
Display:
Video Adapter GeForce 7600 GT
Harddrive: 300gb

With all the lights of the case could you recommend a non light psu? And hopefully cheaper.

Personally, I'd recommend a Lian-Li case over an Antec. Much better quality, and a few experienced members here can back me up on that.

For a value power supply, I'd recommend a Rosewill, but you don't want LEDs. For the best quality one, get this Silverstone:

If you want to save a few bucks, get this Antec. Not quite as good as the Silverstone, but still a great PSU:
