Depends. What resolution are you playing at?? If you want high AA/AF settings, you will benefit more from the extra memory as well.

i know wat oem processors are:they dont have heatsink. but how does a oem harddrive work?

just the hard drive no cables no manuals no nothing just the HDD. but the motherboard always comes with cables too.
