Oh boy! THE HEAT!

Okay so i always knew that my computer ran a "little" hot. But i downloaded Speedfan for Vista and this is what i'm getting...

Ambient 1 (which is?) 34C
Remote 1 (which is?) 79C
Remote 2 (Which is?) 31C
And......CORE 51C. Whats up with the CORE, i have a Zalmmann huge ass fan and heat sink on there. Do you think if i got a better case and what not it would be better? Cause i'm starting to get into gaming and i would like a better case with better air flow. And i'm not rich enough to do water cooling.

How hot is it in your room? It doesn't matter how good of a cooler you got if hot air is passing through the cooler. You could try re-seating the heatsink with some new thermal paste. My personal favorite two are Zalman Super Grease and Arctic Silver 5. I've heard good things about Ceramique too.

Well my room isn't hot, its not cold, but its decently temperatured.

your HSF is clearly not seated correctly. what cpu do you have? and is it overclocked?

try taking the zalman off and putting it back on according the instructions.

I have AMD 64 Athlon 3200 and no it isn't. Alrighty, i'll try that.
