Electric Drum Set Question

I am looking for a cheap (400 and under) drum set that is decent. I am just want something for practice, and it has to be Midi capable. Thanks a lot

You'd probably have better luck at a drum forum. I can't think of any of us here that jam out on those. I myself am into guitars though.
