Windows ME problem (not my computer)

I have a friend who has an ME computer for her kids, and whenever she is at the password screen, she can hit esc key or press cancel and it skips the password. How do I stop that from happening?

I don't think you can... It was something that is known on Windows 98 and ME. MS screwed up or something... Comes in hand if you need to get into a computer and you don't have a password, though I know that's what you want to prevent from happening.

in the user accounts is there a option to disable the guest account. if so disable it

Its one of them things that cant be changed AFAIK. Like mentioned above, it was a well known way to bypass the passwords.
