is water cooling need ?

just wounderin if water cooling is needed if im not overclocking or anything say i had a qx6800 quad core processor and a 8800 GTX and ddr3 ram an other stuff do i need water coolin if im not overclockin would a fan do ?

Not necessarily, you have to take into account the temperature of your room too. I would only buy a water cooling setup if I was OCing. Try this program too http://www.download.com/SpeedFan/3000-2094_4-10540297.html?tag=lst-0-1 it will show you the temp of your CPU and also you can set the speed of your fans.

another thing to consider is the noise , if noise would be an issue get watercooling
and if youlive in a countrie with hot daytime temps like the siesta in spain it may help

it's not needed. Air cooling will be just fine. Though if you have the money and you want to try water cooling then sure, go for it. It's going to give you better temperatures, but you will be just fine with air cooling too.
