i am gunna reinstall windows n format like someone said above

Yeah thats gonna be your best bet.
i always do a reformat every year.
another good thing to do is after your reinstall windows install your anti virus & internet protection software on FIRST before your motherboard drivers and everything else so when your install back your network drivers it will automatically update the software and virius sig's
