get a Sapphire 1950PRO they have simmilar performance as the 7950GT but there way cheaper

yup my saphire 1950 pro was 125 with the rebate and definatly go with the E6420 i dont get why the E6400 is more expensive doesnt make much sense.

Yes, but for a dollar more, you are getting a worse processor. The speeds on the two are the same, but the 6420 has double the L2 cache making allowing it to perform better.
