Unplug my fan?

The only way it will affect your pc is by reducing the airflow through the case, this may increase your temps by a degree or two, good airflow is required for good cooling.

As suggested, I'd replace it with a quieter fan.

If it was my pc I'd put another fan at the front of the case and replace your noisy rear one with two quiet fans. Better airflow.

dust wouldnt make it loud... it could, but usually wont

Yeah, dust can make it loud. I had a CPU fan that was very loud, I took it off and cleaned up all the dust, it wasn't silent after that, but it was a lot quieter.

Yeah, I like the noise actually. It reminds me that the computer is still there.

Anyways, get water cooling because it's ghetto.

Yeah, because we all forget where are computer is :)

Watercooling is nice once you have it setup, hate having to take apart though. Can give you some fantabulous temperatures if you assemble a nice kit.

I have no problems... my computer talks to me at night...

no problems at all..

you can also just fill the whole thing in cooking oil lol it works they did it on toms hardware it even kept the pc cool :p
