That would be pretty weird dust, but then again I've seen a comptuer filled with flour (it was from a pizza place) so you never know.

I hope it doesn't work, just so he learns not to be stupid again. Although, even if it isn't metallic, doesn't paint generally not conduct heat. AKA, over heat his mobo?

other paints are metal based and i DOUBT it works you should ask him if you can

doubt that too because if you look at it close enough you can see the camera flash in the paint. dust wouldnt reflect light
