Xbox controller on vista

I know you can use an Xbox controller on Vista but will it work with other games to like halo on vista?

ya it works with any game
the drivers for it automatically program it to meet mouse/keyboard
with the controler for the game
if it has the logo games for windows it will work with more presition in aim tho

Yeah. There's a huge discrepancy in Halo 2 PC over letting players online use the gamepad because when using the gamepad, it automatically gives you a slight "lock-on" advantage, and that doesn't happen with mouse and keyboard.

I bought A off-brand controller that looks exactly like a ps2/3 controller for 2 reasons I have a ps3 and I'm used to the controller and $40 cheaper!!

a wired 360 controler is 32 bucks on newegg
so they payed u 8 bucks??

I went to walmart and they only had wireless controllers and vista wireless receivers
