You don't have to worry about connecting the 12V or 3.3V rails. They are just the power output ratings.

That card does not have an external power connector, so it will get all it's needed power from the PCIe slot. Oh, and XFX only requires a 300W PSU so you'll be good to go. :D

this. to upgrade the prebuilt.but i guess i shoudl just order the pc and lcd first and look at it b4 buying anything else. i got too excited. i want the 8600gt a lot tho. but if i order it and swap the 7300 le out, wat am i gonna do with a stray 7300 le?
 
A 400W might be ok, i personally would get something better, everyone seems to be forgetting that the rest of the components in there require power aswell.:)
