How do you set the CPU frequency

You will usually see the settings located in the Advanced section in the BIOS. Check your motherboard manual, it will tell you where to look and how to adjust it.

It should be set automatically by the BIOS. Is your's wrong?

ye is there a problem with the frequency or are you overclocking? because if you cant even find the frequency tab in your bios, give up now.
