Graphics Card Help!!!

My old Graphics card in my desctop PC is capable of 64mb. currently it's set on 8! I cant get it higher than that. When I go into the setup when I start up my PC and go into the graphics option and I can only put it up 2 8. its an intel card but its a dell computer!!!
 
I think you may be getting confused.

Your graphics card will have 64mb of memory to it, yet its running in a AGP port capable of 8x bus speeds, which is normal, and the fastest the bus can go.

New graphics cards use the AGP Express port though which is theroretically faster, and gets up to 16x speeds (yet your motherboard won't have that)
